About me
Designing with empathy, curiosity and a focus on what truly matters to users.
I'm a UX designer who brings clarity to complex problems through inclusive, user-centred design. I focus on accessibility, thoughtful systems and experiences that scale, always keeping real people at the heart of the process.
With nearly 5 years of experience, I’ve led digital projects across business consulting, mental health, software, education and the non-profit sector.
From revamping national platforms to shaping scalable design systems, I bring structure and consistency to ambiguity.
My approach blends research, strategy and creativity, guided by curiosity, empathy and a deep respect for the people I design for.
I care about accessibility, clarity and creating adaptable workflows that support diverse user needs.
My drive...
As I’ve grown and developed in UX, my design philosophy has taken shape, rooted in clarity, accessibility and systems that scale.
What drives me is more than just polished screens. I care deeply about the how: documenting thinking, collaborating across disciplines and making the process transparent and repeatable. I believe good design goes beyond aesthetics. It should be intentional, inclusive and adaptable, built for real people with real needs, across diverse contexts.
From revamping national platforms to building scalable systems, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and contribute to award-winning projects. I aim to leave every team and system better than I found it.
I approach my work with a balance of empathy, structure and curiosity, asking thoughtful questions, advocating for users, and designing workflows that support collaboration and long-term impact.
Design isn’t just what I do. It’s how I think, a tool to solve meaningful problems, bring people together, and make digital spaces more human.
I'm currently a Midweight UX/UI Designer, working as the Lead Designer for the Tech Guide project at Parkinson’s UK.

Career Themes & Highlights
Themes
Across my career, I’ve consistently been drawn to work where the problem isn’t neatly defined — where user needs, business constraints, and technical realities collide.
Rather than specialising in a single lane, my experience has shaped a particular way of working, reflected in a few recurring themes:
Designing for complexity and constraint
I’m most effective in environments with high stakes, diverse user needs, and real-world limitations. From accessibility-led health products to enterprise and regulated systems, I focus on creating clarity where complexity is unavoidable.
Bridging UX, business, and delivery
My work often sits between disciplines. I translate user insight into actionable requirements, collaborate closely with product and delivery teams, and help move ideas from ambiguity to execution without losing intent.
Evidence-led decision making
I use qualitative research and quantitative signals to inform priorities and reduce risk...not just to validate design. Insight, metrics, and user feedback shape how I frame problems and assess success.
Raising quality and maturity over time
Beyond shipping features, I care about how teams work. I’ve contributed to design standards, mentored colleagues, and supported organisations in improving the consistency, accessibility, and impact of their design practice.
Highlights
The roles below are selected examples of where these themes came together in practice.
Mid UX/UI Designer (Lead) — Parkinson’s UK
Leading the end-to-end design of the Tech Guide, a national digital product supporting people with Parkinson’s. Delivered a new platform within 12 months, exceeding engagement and NPS targets, while running multiple user research programmes and contributing to award-winning, community-led work.
Junior UX Designer — Cutover
Designed and improved enterprise software across web and mobile, supporting a major Angular-to-React migration and resolving key usability issues through research, testing, and close collaboration with engineering teams.
UX/UI Designer — Inspired Energy PLC
Established scalable design standards, ran cross-functional workshops, and built shared component libraries, bridging UX, business analysis, and delivery teams in a regulated energy environment.
Earlier in my career, I worked in business process improvement and automation roles, which continue to shape my systems-led, outcome-focused approach to UX.
